Join us for an informative nutritional seminar, led by our new Registered Dietician, Colleen McCarthy (click here to read more about Colleen and her extensive credentials). This will be two hours packed full of valuable information to help you lead your best healthy life. Participants will log their food and drink for a week prior to the seminar, and will be able to use the logs for questions. In addition, each participant will be able to add notes about any medical conditions, medications, bowel or urinary issues, and will receive a private email from Colleen in the days following the session with tips and advice specifically for them. Also, each participant will receive all of the study material for the seminar as a handout to keep. The registration/payment link is at the bottom of this page.

-How to stay on a healthy food plan when dining out
-Grocery shopping tutorial

-Various oils (sunflower, vegetable, coconut, etc.) and their impact on your health
-Protein; how much is too much.
-How to tailor your food plan for safe and healthy weight loss
The seminar is priced at only $49 per person for pulse 45, BodyPlex Oakwood members and Max Results Training clients for the first 24 hours, then will be $69. For others the cost is $129.
